Providing a Catholic framework on the truth and meaning of sexuality, love, and family

Be Not Afraid Seminar

Tongue-tied when it comes to the transgender topic?

Perplexed about the plague of pornography and what to do about it?

Scared about your teen’s use of social media?

Well, Family Honor can help with that!

Family Honor has created a flexible new seminar that addresses a variety of topics, all designed to help you as a parent, single adult, or ministry leader in your parish or diocese.

The in-person Seminar, Be Not Afraid,  provides up-to-date information and practical resources you can use, and will have Continuing Education Units (CEUs) available for those who need them.

Family Honor’s initial seminar, Be Not Afraid: Responding to Sexual Chaos with Truth and Love, was presented on Saturday, March 16 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Greenville, South Carolina. It featured Family Honor Program Director Vincent Weaver and Executive Director Brenda Cerkez speaking, respectively, on the topics of: The Father and Mother of Sexual Chaos and Gender, Science, Faith and Sexual Ethics. In addition, Father Dwight Longenecker, pastor of Our Lady of the Rosary, spoke from a pastoral perspective on responding to the sexual confusion that seems to be all around us.

Save the Date!

Another seminar is planned for Saturday, June 8, in Goose Creek, SC at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. For more information or to register, please go to: (Or contact us if you are interested in booking a Seminar for your parish or diocese: or 803.929.0858.)
